Frequently Asked Questions

What is your delivery area?

We deliver as far north as the Carquinez Bridge, as far south as Gilroy, and to all parts of the Bay Area west of Tracy.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

Our insurance coverage does not allow customers to pick up equipment themselves, so please plan ahead to ensure we can deliver to your schedule needs.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept payment by cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. We would also be happy to work with you to set up a credit account, and we would then invoice you at the end of the rental. If you are interested in setting up a credit account, please contact us.

What if I discover that I need to keep the equipment longer than originally contracted for?

No problem!  If you find that you will need the equipment for a longer period of time, you can call us to extend your rental.

Is platform height the same as working height?

No. Platform height is where your feet are, whereas working height is where your job (and your hands!) will be. As an example, if you are 6 feet tall and your job will be at a height of 26 feet, you don't need to rent a 26-foot lift, but rather a 20-foot lift.

Will these lifts drive through a single door?

Yes, the 19-foot and 20-foot lifts are 30-32 inches wide, and are designed to drive through a single door.

Will the 26-foot, 48-inch wide deck drive through a single door?

No, however, they will drive through a double door with the railing lowered.
